Jack had his first check-up with the pediatrician on Thursday. Dr. Tomsa said that everything is great. Not only is he big but he is very alert and she commented on how strong he already is. Jack weighed in at 8 lbs, 13 ounces, which means he is eating really well as he has gained 10 ounces since he left the hospital.
When Jack got home from the doctor he took the first test flight in his swing.
Jack and I pretended he was piloting a fighter jet over Macho Grande.
I guess he'll never really get over Macho Grande.

Jack -- We never did find out what you thought of your swing. Is it fun?
ReplyDeleteJack has spent much more time in his bouncer - he loves it! We have only tried the swing twice and so far, so good.
ReplyDeleteIf he's anything like his cousin Ryan he'll grow to love the swing. And you will, too! The first time we put Ryan in it we thought it was going to shoot her across the room. Months later we wept when she became too big for it. The bouncer is awesome, too!
